IT would be great to allow, a stand-alone website to be tagged as ‘page location’ when assigning a webpage where a form is located. This will allow us to use a single form vs multiple forms but track them via page location tag in workflows. See image below. Currently, this is only available to pages hosted in HubSpot via SMS.
This will eliminate the use so 100’s of forms, streamline processing, and increase the efficiency of HubSpot usage.

While HS may want people to use their own web pages to build out content, this isn’t viable for many existing businesses, including ours.
It essentially makes the Page location filter useless in a workflow and makes set up much more time consuming with duplication and modification of forms just so that HS can identify them in a workflow and trigger the correct subsequent action.
Challenges like this hinder an organisations reliance and expanson within HS, it doesn’t encourage users to build webpages on HubSpot, it encourages people to keep an eye out for more scalable platforms that may better suit their org in the future.
