When we have an employee leave or change positions, we’re constantly chasing our tail to try and remember which workflows we had them identified as an “assigned user” in (contact owner assignee, task assignee, on an assignee rotation, etc.).
It would be extremely helpful to have some sort of filter to be able to show all workflows that [Bill Smith] is an assigned user in so that we could make any necessary changes to all effected workflows.
May be a bit of a pipe dream, but I think it would be extremely helpful!
Definitely a must! When you delete a user you can see the assigned records, but if they change roles this doesn’t happen. We can see this information in each property, so it would be wonderful to have the same for users.
