Workflow Trigger based on pop-up CTA

After the set-up of a beta pop-up CTA for a content download, I see that the form is not taken into account by a follow-up workflow.

I receive the form submission notification when a conversion occurs, but it is not taken into account as a workflow trigger.

As an alternative solution, I wanted to use a dynamic list. Here, as well, the clicks on a pop-up beta CTA are not taken into account.

What would be the way to work with the form submissions issued of the pop-up CTAs?

Hi @irina-mi4-fr,

To create an active list of contacts that downloaded content from a pop up CTA, I believe you will need to include the following criteria:

  • Call to action (beta) > CTA click
  • AND Form submission = form name used on the pop up

You could then use this list for enrollment into the workflow for the follow up. Reminder to turn on re-enrollment to the workflow each time they fill out that specific form on that specific CTA.

Let me know if this works for you!

Perfect, many thanks @OPerek-Clark !

I thought this was the solution as well, however it doesn’t work in my instance. You can do CTA (Beta) > CTA View AND Form submissions, but if the form relates to multiple content types this won’t work.

In our case, we use one ‘Content Download’ form and filter based on page submitted to know the type. You can see how this would become terribly redundant with CTAs.

Looking for an option to view form submissions on ‘x CTA’, or similar solutions!
