It boggles my mind that when you pause a workflow it continues through the delay period still, while skipping actions. Why on earth does it do that? It’s not “paused” then, it’s just removing actions. If I pause a workflow, it’s typically only because something needs to be fixed, so I need to be able freeze the contacts where they are in the cadence so that I can fix the issue, and just continue on when I’m ready.
