We’d really benefit from some functionality that would cover off being able to send an email a day to colleagues when the number of contacts in a list has changed - currently you can only trigger a workflow when an individual contact gets added to a list, but if this could be changed that would really help us!

I have a suggestion that, while not exactly what you’re looking for, probably comes very close.
- Open your list
- Click into the Performance tab, right below the list name
- Find the List size report at the top and click the Actions dropdown in the top right corner
- Click Save report
- Once saved as a report, you can set up a daily recurring email for the report: Share or export reports and dashboards
Now, your designated recipients get a daily email that shows them how the list has developed in terms of its size.
