Workflow Re-enrollment based on page visit

I am trying to create a workflow that re-enrolls prospects every time they visit our website.

I cannot seem to find criteria that can pretty much say:

If the prospect last Page changes, then re-enroll the prospect.

Is this possible in Hubspot?

You can build your workflow using ‘time of last visit - is known’ as your renrollment trigger.

From Add re-enrollment triggers to a workflow :

"When using the property filter is known for re-enrollment, objects can re-enroll in two ways:

  • The property gains a value after not previously having one.
  • The property is updated from one value to another. For example, a contact’s lifecycle stage changing from Lead to Subscriber would qualify for Lifecycle stage is known. Each time this contact’s lifecycle stage is updated, they would re-enroll in the workflow."
