I’m trying to set up a workflow that will generate a renewal deal once a new business deal is set to closed won. I have some guides on how to do this and the guides recommend to ‘choose a property’ but they’re listed as ‘unsupported’. I can’t find information on what this means and/or how to change this? Ty!

Where exactly are you seeing this dropdown? Could you share a bigger screenshot with the context around this dropdown? Are you trying to edit / copy?
The short answer it: not all fields are compatible with all workflow actions. Some properties are read only, some actions require compatibility between fields or actions.

From the screenshot shared above, it looks like the properties are system properties that cannot be modified by workflows. Alternatively, this could be a case where the property does not support the specific action you are trying to perform.
