It would be incredibly helpful to have a dedicated dashboard for workflow performance for metrics such as:

  • Workflow Enrollment Over Time: I need a way to track how many contacts are enrolling in a specific workflow each day, week, or month.
  • Workflow Goal Conversion: It would be incredibly helpful to report on the percentage of enrolled contacts who actually meet the workflow’s goal. This is a critical metric for understanding success.
  • Email Performance in Workflows: We need to see key email metrics (opens, clicks, bounces, etc.) for emails sent specifically from a given workflow.
  • Workflow Funnel / Drop-off Analysis: A visual funnel or report that shows the progress of contacts through a multi-step workflow would be amazing. This would help us identify exactly where contacts are dropping off.

Hi @JVlay thanks so much for submitting this idea and sharing your workflow performance reporting needs!
We essentially have the reports you mentioned in the Overview, Analyze, and Health tabs on the Workflows tool to view enrollment trends, compare workflows, filter by date, and understand automation opportunities. You can also dive into each workflow’s Details page to review counts, conversion by branch, errors, etc. (see the documentation here: link to KB article) but please let me know if there is a report that’s missing or data you can’t access. I would love to learn more!
