I set up a workflow with the goal of changing a deal property called (Slack) Close date in the past to TRUE whenever a deal’s close date has already passed but, for some reason, no deals are being enrolled into it.
I’ve attached screenshots of the workflow and a deal as an example (close date 2nd-May and today is 4th-May). Can anyone tell what the issue is?

Have you checked whether the record would enroll in the workflow, using the Test button in the upper right of the workflow editor?

Thanks a lot for your reply. I hadn’t tried that before because I thought it would just give me redundant information (as in, I know that the deals are not being enrolled). However, it also showed me WHY they were not being enrolled (for some reason, I had set up the unenrollment criteria to be exactly the same as the enrollment one). I corrected it now
