I am new to hubspot.
I want to create a workflow like if any one (who is not in my contact list) visit on a perticular Webpage or URL, a email is send to him/her automatically.
i already create it but it is not working. can any one help me.

How exactly are you testing whether this workflow is working? Have you checked the enrollment page? Understand your workflow details page
If there are contacts you expect to enroll, have you checked whether they meet the enrollment criteria? Test your workflow
Generally, this workflow will only notify you for contacts that HubSpot has already identified and associated with a record – e.g. someone who previously accepted website cookies and submitted a form. Anonymous website visitors will not trigger this workflow as there is no associated contact record.

Yes, this works, but contact based workflows only handle contact records, not anonymous visitors. HubSpot must be able to attribute a page view to a contact record for it to enroll. The moment that happens, your workflow could trigger.
I can see how the tile you shared might be a misleading. You could provide this feedback by reaching out to HubSpot support. This is a user-to-user community.
Hi! @VishalAgarwal15 Unfortunately you wont be able to send an email to users that just visit a page - they have to fill out a form before you can put them through a workflow like this
