Workflow - Form submission on specific page

Hey all,

I am having an issue with setting up an enrollment trigger!

The form is found on two pages and its submissions are fine and the conversion page for each can be seen. However, when I come to creating the workflow and using the form submission as the enrollment trigger it will only allow me to choose ‘Any Page’ for the form submission.

The form can be filled out on two different pages as it is two products, so the flow needs to match the product. But it will not bring up those page options on the trigger.

How do I get these pages onto the trigger so it shows the form has been filled out on a specific page?

I hope that is clear because any help would be very much appreciated!

In your workflow, where it says ‘Any page’ you should have drop down that lets you select the specific page? If you have the drop down but not the correct page, is there any content partitioning in your portal?

I have the drop down but the options are very few so I am unsure how I add more options to this dropdown?

Hi @Chloe2

The only reasons I can think of that your pages would be missing from the dropdown are:

  • The page has not been published yet
  • You don’t have access to the page based on the configuration of teams

Can you check both of these possibilities?
