The “error log” in the workflow tool has provided valuable insight at the 30k foot level. However, its impact is felt beyond 30k feet.
My idea is simple. Quantify the number of records impacted by each error and enable automatic static-list generation to segment these records and resovle.
Finally, bulk task assignment within the tooling to resolve these issues would help keep users accountable and stakeholders abreast in real time.
