Workflow Based on URL

Hi everyone.

We are experincing critical issue with our workflows, specifically those triggered by form submissions based on specific URLs. Our content and reports are hosted on Webflow, and up until now, we’ve successfully managed data tracking through our embedded tracking codes without any issues.

However, we’ve encountered a significant problem: while I can successfully view the data from form submissions, these submissions are not consistently initiating the corresponding workflows. This inconsistency does not effect only one workflow.

How are you capturing the URLs today? Are you capturing them via a hidden property that is triggering the workflow, or something else? Are you noticing anything in particular with the submissions that don’t go through vs. the ones that do?

Thank you Ben.

The workflows has been triggered by form submission on a specific URL if that you are asking. So basicly, I wanted to send particular contents for those who fills out forms on a specific URLs.

Altough, I can see the submissions on the lead capture page through non-hubspot forms, these are not being enrolled to the workflow.

From your initial post you had stated that this issue is not happening consistently. Are you able to see submissions that did go through vs. those that did not? In the case of those that are not going through the workflow, are you able to see why they are not going through? For instance, are you populating a hidden property at the time of form submission (ie: pageURL) and seeing that empty?

The fact that it is not happening consistently could mean that your method for extracting the URL and submitting it may not be working as expected and needs to be evaluated from end-to-end to figure out why the value is not passing with the submission.

The problem is I can see the form submission with the data that specifically shows on which page the lead been converted. But this info of the converted page does not trigger the workflow.

There is only one workflow which consistenly works but other which has been build with the same track does not function well.

Are you able to share the pages? We may be able to help you examine the code to see if there is anything different going on with the two pages to compare. That is where I would recommend starting.

Which pages you are referring to? Are you asking for the original source URL pages as the following, or the workflows links? The source URL that works: Stablecoins & CBDCs Report | CCData. Other one which doesn’t work: Digital Asset Management Review | CCData
