Hello, I wish we can create a workflow based on a product.
For example, if a new product has been created, to notify a X member of its creation in order to monitor the product list.

I like to use this to trigger task to sales or emails to customer, when there is update available to specific product.
I need be able to trigger to enroll Deals where specific product is sold to customer. Currently I can trigger when there is change in Line Item’s properties.
We would need that, too. E.g. per company we got numerous deals, and we wanted a property on company level that lists all products that have ever been chosen by the company. This way we knew with one look what products have or had value for the particular customer.
No updates on this use cases?
I’m interested in being able to indicate whether a Product is available or not.
We manage about 100,000 products from 100s of suppliers. If a product is no longer available from one price catalogue to the next, we can define it as “discontined” (field called discontinued with a ‘yes’ in the field). I’d like to be able to prefix the product name with [DISCONTINUED] so it’s visible to everyone. There are reasons why we keep the product in the library still - perhaps we update the description to “see SKU xxxx”
The same need
When a product is created set a default value in a property
Just adding my voice to this one. If a customer has Content Hub Enterprise, there is hacky around this I believe;
It’s far from ideal mind.
Honestly surprised there is no functionality to use products/the product library in workflows. This is a much needed feature!
