Workflow based on form entry (country)

Can we use if/then branches based on the submitted form entry? I would like to create tasks for different salespeople based on the country/region.

Hi @Jkvet,

Yes, this is possible. First, you would enroll contacts based on their form submission:

You can then choose between setting up the branches yourself or having HubSpot automatically create a branch for each value option. (With a Value equals branch, HubSpot creates a branch for each value in a multiple checkboxes or dropdown property.)

In each branch you can then use the workflow action Create task:

How exactly did you set it up? Can you share a screenshot? How did you test it?

If nothing happens when you submit the form, have you maybe forgotten to enable re-enrollment?

(By default, contacts enroll only once into a workflow.)

Hi Karsten,

The initial idea is to email the correct salesperson responsible for the country/region. I have tested by filling out the form with different entries, but sales people didn’t receive any emails..

Have you checked the re-enrollment settings, as explained in my previous answer?

If those settings are already enabled: Can you click Details in the top left corner and then check the Enrollment tab? Do your test submissions show up there?

Thank you, Karsten! It works now It was the re-enrollment settings that were missing.
