We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CMS partner or freelancer to manage our website migration from WordPress to HubSpot.

Scope of Work:

  • Implement a ready-made HubSpot CMS theme/template (we will select and purchase)
  • Customise the template to match our brand guidelines (colours, typography, layout adjustments)
  • Migrate all existing pages, blog posts, and media from WordPress to HubSpot CMS
  • Ensure SEO structure and redirects are correctly implemented
  • Configure HubSpot settings for optimal performance, security, and tracking
  • Test the website for cross-browser and mobile responsiveness
  • Enable multilingual functionality and ensure that the Academy section displays different content per language

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CMS setup and migration projects, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot template customisation
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices during website migration
  • Ability to set up multilingual sites in HubSpot and manage language-specific content
  • Ability to work within agreed timelines and provide regular progress updates

Project Timeline:
To be completed within 4–6 weeks after project start

Depending on how close you intend to get your Hubspot site to your Wordpress site in terms of appearance, I’d probably suggest a custom theme build rather than a marketplace theme that you then try to change to fit your guidelines. Color and typography can obviously be pretty easily plugged into almost any theme. But layout and functionality you might need to compromise a bit on if you’re using an out of the box solution.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re not aiming for a visually identical design, but it would be nice to be able to add a feature that’s not already in the theme when is requested. If you think you need to contact the theme provider for this, we are ready to get their help.

@kardelencelik then a marketplace theme would be fine. You’d just create a child theme to add your new features.
