Anyone have a suggestion on a wordpress membership plugin that integrates nicely with Hubspot. Really just need people who have a specific company property marked as “yes” to receive access to a membership site. Not trying to sell memberships or anything on the site, just grant them access.

I haven’t seen a specific WordPress Plugin that handles membership based on HubSpot Properties (I would use Lists to manage Members). But, it’s possible to create a WordPress plugin that uses the HubSpot API.
Have you had a look at HubSpot Memberships? You will find it easier to manage… but, it’s part of CMS Hub Enterprise.
