Today I have recievied new contact from wordpress (cf7 form) via inbox (Gmail) and HubSpot collected wrong info - email was send@senderwp.com and name Wordpress. Can I change it? Should I do it in CF7/Wordpress or in HubSpot?
Yes, you should change the record in Hubspot. There is no direct connection between CF7/WP and Hubspot. What you are using is a feature called Non-Hubspot Forms which is semi-reliable as it tries to capture a form when someone clicks a submit button and there are a list of scenarios where it will not work (see documentation here - Use non-HubSpot forms ).
So the problem was HubSpot has 2 sources for 1 contact - Gmail and HubSpot Tracking Code on a website. Right now I turned off the connection between gmail and CF7 and I just left HubSpot Tracking Code and I’ll wait for results.
