will not store all attachments via incoming E-mails automatically

Hello community,

I have the problem, that in some e-mail signatures are small pictures (e.g. a phone symbol or the company logo) which are automatically stored as attachments in contacts and deals… I always have to remove then, to see the really important attachments at the contact or deal. Is there any possibility avoiding the storage of these unimportant attachments?

Hi @hivemaster,

Unfortunately not. You can either disable attachment logging entirely or keep it on, these are the only options: Turn off one-to-one email tracking or attachment logging
