Why can’t I find the CTA embed code?
We should be able to generate a CTA code within HubSpot. The Hubspot tracker was installed on our staging website.
My team and I have followed the article instructions:

With the new CTAs, most of the triggers will allow the CTA to display without having to embed the CTA directly once you have the tracking code installed.
This is the case for these options:
For example, if you have a pop-up CTA configured for Exit Intent, this will happen on your external website pages that match the targeting criteria automatically through the tracking code.
If you’re using the button click option, where the CTA appears on the click of a button, you can copy the code from here when you configure the CTA by clicking “code snippet”:
This will provide you with the button class you need to add to the button on your external page for the tracking code to pull the CTA pop-up in to the button automatically:
You’ll need the embed code for these options:
If you choose an Embedded CTA, you’ll get the code once you publish the CTA:
The only other time you need an embed code is if you’re using the Advanced Embeddable HTML option:
This allows you to add custom CSS and HTML to create your own CTA design.
For any of the CTAs that have embed codes, you’ll see the “Embed” option under Actions:
Which will give you the code:
