I came across a few blog posts from about 4-5 years ago that noted that only 12-15 people worldwide had completed every HubSpot Academy certification. I’m curious--what’s the current number?

That’s actually a great question, even I & my team was wondering last week about how many people actually completed all certificates because keeping in mind that not everyone is having technical or to be precise programming background. It will certainly make it harder to achieve all certifications but it’s always possible.
Our team didn’t have the exact number but it was around 45-60 (based on some forecasts) not precise.
Maybe @APernell can help? Just curious to know this tiny fun fact about HubSpot certification.
