White Screen when loading templates in Gmail using MS Edge

When attempting to load templates into my Gmail i get a white screen. I’m using MS Edge and the browser is up to date.

Hi @JessicaH looks like I signed in with my Hubspot accont to reply to your message.

My current setup is an Acer laptop that is up to date. I have templates that I’ve created for outreach in Sales Hub. When I attempt to use them while using MS Edge the templates modal doesn’t load where I can select the template. The modal is just a blank white screen.

1. Open MS Edge.

2. Open gmail

3. Click Compose

4. Add email

5. Click the templates button on Hubspot sales

6. Templates never load, only see a white screen.

Here are a few things that you could try:

  • Try using an incognito window and another browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari)
  • If the issue isn’t present in incognito, then clearing your browser’s cache & cookies (instructions here) may help
  • You can also try to disable some of your browser extensions to see if they are conflicting with HubSpot.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the extension
  • Apart from that, you can try to figure out if this only happens to you or also to other team members
