Just wondering if you know how to fix or remove this white line. It’s not appearing in mobile test email. It doesn’t appear in preview as well. The email is not coded. I just used a template.

Just to confirm, when you send a desktop test the white lines are showing? I initially thought it was because you were currently working/selecting that module of the email. One other thing I could think of is perhaps removing the grey background color to test try another one and see if it still shows up, you can achieve that in the left side bar on the “Style” option:

Thanks for your response Carolina. Yes, I’m using the newsletter template of HubSpot and the background color (gray to white). For the overall look, we want to keep it gray. Do you have any other suggestions?
Hey @ISupply - @CarolinaDeMares’s suggestion is a great next step to troubleshooting these white lines. Would you mind confirming if you’re able to try this, and if so, what the result is?
It is good.. but we’re still trying to explore other options. The gray background fits our branding colors.
