My schedule has just disappeared. All my clients bookings have gone completely. There is no option on the app to check my schedule. My business is literally getting destroyed because I can’t see what I have booked in. This is massively important please fix this ASAP. My business is going under because of this and I am very unhappy.
Hi @JHolbrook,
Could you answer the following questions?
- Which version of the HubSpot app are you on?
- Which HubSpot subscription are you on?
- Are you assigned paid seats?
I am on version 4.63.0, updated just now, and see the following:
Sales:
Sales & Marketing:
This is from a user with an assigned Sales Hub Enterprise seat – so possible explanations include:
- This is a bug.
- HubSpot is making certain features available to paid users only.
Best regards
My hubspot is the latest version from play store, there is no further
update for it.
The schedule has completely dissappeared on the app. All my appointments
for several weeks has gone. There is literally NOWHERE in the app where I
can view my schedule. It is as if they have just completely deleted it
along with all my future bookings, with absolutely no warning.
My business is going to go under unless I fix this now.
Please, please help, I have spent hours looking for an online solution and
there is no information at all.
Hi @JHolbrook
I might be wrong, but your schedule is based off events that are in your connected calendar - so these events/meetings still exist.
Also just to rule out any app issues - which sounds very likely - have you tried looking into the actual HubSpot web app at: app.hubspot.com and checked if your meetings are still in there?
Also, just to rule out the obvious - do you have access to more than one HubSpot portal and are you logged into the correct one?
Frank
If, like me, you are on a Starter tier plan, you no longer get calendar integration on mobile. You must be on the higher tier plans - Pro or Enterprise. See this comment on a similar thread:
Thanks, for that. Finally someone gave me an answer!
However, I was given no notification of this. I wasn’t warned at all. And
when they removed the free privilege, I was not even told that it had been
removed. Hence this whole conversation.
Therefore I now find myself in a situation where hubspot is technically
holding me at ransom.
I can not see what I had already booked in for my clients unless I pay to
upgrade.
I don’t believe this to be socially, morally or legally acceptable.
Appreciate your help, thanks.
I don’t work for HubSpot, but the guy who does in that linked thread mentioned that there had been a banner in-app that notified users. Of note, there is a response from another user that points out how completely insufficient such notice was, given that this was part of his work flow (such as it is mine, and, it sounds like, yours too) and because his buying decision was based on that. Potentially, if enough people cpmplain about this, maybe they put it back. That’s why I monitor these threads.
That said, HubSpot has done pretty well by me, especially for something not really built for the way I use it (to run a law practice and track clients, both from lead to client, and then track the progress of cases). There are other law-specific tools at my disposal but none are as flexible as I have found HubSpot to be. And, because I got a screamin deal on Starter Everything for $240/year, none are nearly as inexpensive. So, I’d love to see this come back, but I’ll work around it for now. Good luck, my friend.
Excellent, thanks for the reply! … and the plot thickens.
