What is your question? If you are receiving that error, the integration must be installed by a Super Admin. Admins do not necessarily have access to the necessary scopes, but Super Admins always will.

Yes, when integration is installed by super admin it is working smoothly, but is there any solution so integration can be installed by admin also?

Hi @Manish_Sheth,

It depends on which scopes the integration requires. There is no way to allow Admins to install every integration, but Super Admins will always have all permissions in a portal.

In the case of this integration, an Admin cannot install it.
