Our team uses Whatsapp for international calling, is there a way to have Whatsapp calls automatically logged in Hubspot? Currently, they have to log all Whatsapp calls manually. It looks like the integration is only for messaging.

I checked for you and at the moment you can do it manually but there isn’t a way to have it automatically.
Here is the similar thread I found for you with the solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “Add to Activity Whatsapp Call or Whatsapp Msg”.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @HFisher7, @Bryantworks and @AdamLPW do you have other workarounds for this or do you know of an integration that could help?

Hi there, did you get any more information on this? My company is asking similar questions currently.
This is a big gap WhatsApp and Facetime Calling should be added asap if you want people to call though the mobile app you need to add these cost efective addtions to the product…
