I wrote an email and with my iphone i get the text displayed with those weird letters.
I am using hubspot with english language.
Do you think those errors will disappear with german language?

Is German a language that you also speaks/uses on a day to day? Are you viewing the email inside a contact record in your HubSpot app? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Can you share a bit more context about your email and how you’re receiving it? Did you create this in the drag and drop email editor? Which email client are you using to open the email? Which system language do you have on your PC? Could you confirm that in the email editor itself the correct letters display? (ä, ü, ö)
“c3 a4”, the first code for the German letter “ä” is UTF-8 hex. I haven’t experienced anything where HubSpot wasn’t able to process German special letters and displayed them incorrectly.
