Hello. I seem to have a weird background to my chat widget. How can I remove it?
I hope you are ok. It’s strange. I think maybe your WordPress theme would be interacting with the chat widget’s CSS. I tried to debug your web, but the chat seems to be disabled. I’d like to help you more but is not possible.

There is no problem for me, it’s my pleasure. I detected a div with the classes “shadow-container active” in the HubSpot generated code. I don’t know how it got here, but you can disable that shadow by adding this code to your CSS:
.shadow-container {
visibility: hidden !important;
}
