WEBSITE MOBILE VIEW

I have been having an isue with our website today where, once in mobile view, we lose the icon for the menu. It is still clickable in the far right corner of the header, but not visible.

I happens when it changes from 768px and below.

I have had a look at the CSS and can’t figure it out. To be honest, I am not entirely sure what I am looking for.

If anyone can help me that would be fab

website is https://www.geogrow.com/

Hey @Geogrow looks like the mobile menu on your site has it’s colour set to white (#fff in hex)

Hard to find the exact setting without knowing your theme, but for example if I set the BG on it to black I can see a square that’s clickable to give me the mobile menu:

I’d say check with your developer if it’s a custom theme or your theme’s support if it’s a marketplace theme to find out how to change this colour!

Unfortunately, this hasn’t worked. I can change the colour of the block in the website’s ‘inspect’ section, but I can’t find the setting in the CSS.

I belive the people who built the page for us are now out of buisness so not sure where to go.

Hey @Geogrow,

as the corresponding code is located in the main.css, I recommend to check this file. But as the main.css is most likely just a collection of indivdual imported CSS files, you should look for something like the header.css or the file that get’s imported before the footer.css. You should find the corresponding code in this file at the bottom/where the media-queries are

best,
