Webhook won't consider custom properties

Hi all,

I’ve set up a custom app within my hubspot in order to receive a webhook according to the documentation. I works fine if I use standard properties - like firstname.

However I won’t receive any webhooks when I’m using custom properties - although the contact has the property set and I’ve copy/pasted the Name of the property.

What am I doing wrong here?

Hey, @christian_VGN! Welcome to the community :waving_hand: Can you provide the community with screenshots of your webhook setup, how you are entering the value for the custom property, or any additional details, please?

One common culprit is using the property label and not the internal value — for example, My Tuexdo Cat vs my_tuxedo_cat

This is correct, you can subscribe to any custom property using the internal name.
