As a developer with an app listed in the HubSpot Marketplace, I would like to request a feature that allows us to receive webhook notifications when a user uninstalls our application.
Use Case:
Currently, there is no mechanism to notify app developers when their application is uninstalled by a user. Having a webhook notification for uninstalls would enable us to:
- Improve User Experience: Understand why users are uninstalling and address any potential issues.
- Enhance Support: Reach out to users who have uninstalled the app to offer assistance or gather feedback.
- Optimize Product Development: Analyze uninstallation trends to make informed decisions about future updates and features.
