I would like to receive the information from the changes made in a Deal Pipeliene in my app. This would be similar on what I can do with the Contact changes in the webhook. Is there something like this?

In a deal-based workflow (Menu > Automation > Workflows), you should see the option to add a webhook workflow action:
(This requires a Professional subscription.)
