Webhook for deactivated users

Hi, we have a HubSpot app that subscribes webhook requests. We have a user who has been deactivated (or something -- she has resigned the company so she can’t access to the account any longer), but we are still getting webhooks call through this user’s events.

How could we disable this user’s event subscription?

Hello @HeyAI thank you for posting in our Community!

I was not able to find a webhook for this specific request but I want to share this doc here with more information.

To our top experts @GRajput @Anton any recommendations to @HeyAI?

Thank you,

Pam

Hi, sorry for the late reply. We are still having the same issue. We are using the current webhook endpoint to serve users. One of the users are deactivated in thier HubSpot account, but we are still getting webhook requests related to this user. We can’t disable this endpoint as we use it for the other users. How can I work around this issue?
