Webflow + HS Tracking Code Chat Widget

Hi All -

I have a Webflow website on which we installed the tracking code, and it works flawlessly, as we have done dozens of times.

However, this time, the chat widget will not float down the page. Once you scroll all the way down, it will only display at the very bottom of the footer.

I can’t figure out why. It works fine on the initial version of the site here, but it does not work or behave the right way on the new design located here.

Open to any suggestions.

Hi, @b_gotti :waving_hand: Thanks for your question. And thank you for providing links to both pages. I’m sure this would an interesting problem if it weren’t so frustrating. Hey, @SteveHTM @piersg, can you locate the issue? I tried looking at the page using the Chrome Inspector tool to play spot the difference, but I couldn’t figure out a root issue.
