Web Analytics API - Contact Events not working?

Hi,
Based on web analytics API documentation (Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot) I am trying to get all contact emails and events using this call:
https://api.hubapi.com/events/v3/events/?objectType=contact&objectId=<<99>>

I am always getting this:

HTTP 200

{
“results”: []
}
I know for a fact that the contact I am trying to get the data has an email under activity, as is shows below:

Any idea what is happenning?
