Hi team,

I’d love to see the video thumbnail workflow in Social made much simpler.

Right now, after I upload a video, updating the thumbnail takes too many extra steps. In practice, it feels like I need about 4 extra clicks/steps just to set the thumbnail.

I’d like this to work more like YouTube, where thumbnail selection or upload is a natural part of the main video upload flow. Ideally, once the video is uploaded, I should be able to quickly choose or upload a thumbnail right away without digging through additional menus.

This would make publishing faster and the overall experience much smoother, especially when posting multiple videos.

This would be a great usability improvement. Making thumbnail selection/upload part of the initial video upload flow, similar to YouTube, would save several clicks and make publishing multiple videos much faster. A simpler workflow would definitely make Social feel more streamlined.
