I have just started to use this API Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot and it works great. I am wondering if it is close to becoming a stable release or if I should be worried about it changing on me.

I do not have a publicly available release date for the leaving beta status. Subscribing to the Developer Changelog is your best bet for being the first to know about this release.
