Using URL Injection for Standalone Forms to Prepopulate Multi-Checkbox Properties

Hello everyone,

We are seeking assistance with setting up an automation workflow to gather insights from prospects who did not choose our offering. The workflow is triggered when a deal enters the “Closed Lost” stage and sends a task to the contact owner, including a link to a HubSpot standalone form.

The challenge we are facing involves a multi-checkbox property, specifically the “Closed Lost Reason” property. In the task creation section of the workflow editor, we utilize personalized tokens.
However, when injecting the multi-checkbox checked fields into the URL, the entire selection is treated as a string separated by comma instead of semicolon(see attachment).

We would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance on how to incorporate semicolons within personalized tokens or how to address a single answer field from a multi-checkbox property in personalization tokens.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Ahmad
