We would like to send out Christmas greetings to customers in the name of our company’s CEO. However, due to data concerns, privacy concerns, etc, we would like to do so without integrating his inbox into Hubspot. Is it possible to enroll contacts in sequences without personally having one’s own email integrated into Hubspot?
When enrolling contacts into a sequence you are required to have a connected inbox. You could in theory create an alternate email address for your CEO that isn’t the same as the primary email, connect it, and still have it come from the CEO. This should address any privacy and data concerns you may have.
