Using Hubspot Forms

Hi All,

We are currently testing\starting to use Hubspot for the first time. So far so good!
We want to apply a popup page to our website, to capture the basic details of leads. But when using the Hubspot Popup Form, There is no method to remove the “Call Out” requirment at the start of the form. Basically we want a simple form, that when they submit details, it creates a new lead in Hubspot. No need for the call out.
Has anyone been able to create such a form? We are using Wordpress for our website.

This is not currently possible with the HubSpot Popup forms feature. If this is a feature you would like to see, I recommend upvoting/commenting on this thread in the ideas forum: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Popups-that-go-straight-to-form/idi-p/567140

Hi @trevordjones

Do you know if it would be possible to use another popup addon in Wordpress and then embed a Hubspot form?
That would effectivly provide a workaround.

Yes! Several WordPress contact form plugins have HubSpot extensions including Contact Form 7 Integration for HubSpot and Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor, Ninja Forms – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org and Gravity Forms WP Gravity Forms HubSpot – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org.
Just make sure your popup is connected for a forms plugin that has a HubSpot extension available.
