We are currently using Hubspot as a way to funnel customers/participants into a program admissions process for an upskilling course. There are a few things that we are looking to try to get Hubspot to do - any advice would be helpful!
1. Someone being moved to a deal stage, and having a workflow automatically send them a Google calendar invite.
2. Easiest and cleanest way to set up a workflow so that people who did not open the email get re-sent a reminder.
3. We need to use evaluation rubrics to assess a candidates strength. Easiest and quickest way for this form to be used when someone is moved into a deal stage, and to have this form update a contact record and ideally produce a PDF document of the rubric and feedback that can be backed up somewhere.
4. Integrating Hubspot and Docusign so that all signed documents back up to a contact record.
I think that’s it for now but lots more to come! We are already using things like Make and Zapier to try to connect everything but so far a little clunky and prone to breaking.
Hi @katherine_bee. This is quite a bit of functionality you’re looking to build, but I believe it’s mostly possible in HubSpot.
1. You can create automation in your Deals settings to send emails pretty easily.
2. Workflow branches based on previously sent marketing emails are easy.

3. HubSpot has a lead scoring property which you can learn about here. It doesn’t push to a PDF, but actually keeps the data right in HubSpot.
4. Use HubSpot’s integration with DocuSign - it’s possible!

Thanks Dan! Any idea of there is also a way to set up a workflow, something along the lines of:
Email with Hubspot meeting link is sent to book an interview time --> If no meeting booked then send a reminder email ?
