Using custom forms / editing hubspot form

Hi,

I am trying to create a form that uses radio select but unlike hubspots default form it displays image above the option. Is there either any way to add images to the hubspot html code or how do i go about creating a custom form script and making the results automaticly log into the contacts properties. The form is going to be used on a HubSpot hosted website not external. I saw that hubspot only supports text formats (not radio select) when it comes to non-hubspot forms. Has anyone found any solution to this problem.

Is there any other solution to this problem or would i need to make a forms API to make a more custom form module within hubspot as the solution you have linked seems a bit messy.
