Users Flow report

Hi

I’d like to be able to view an Users Flow report in Hubspot. Currently I have to switch to Google Analytics for this which is inconvinnient and breaks the flow of my presentation when I present the monthly results.

I think this is something which will provide new insights to many Hubspot users.

Hi there! My name is Hallie and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I’m marking this as ‘Delivered’ because there are a couple options now available for reporting on users / viewing user activity:

  • In the Custom Report Builder, you can have ‘Users’ as a data source to report on your users. (Metrics around availability, last active, and other details like Manager, Seat, Calendar Sync, etc are available as filters and properties.)
  • Under Settings > Audit Logs, you can view & export user activity as outlined in this KB. (This is useful for seeing activity and security audit logs.)
