a non admin user , but who has clearly been given access to create payments , just cant seem to click the stripe payemnts box .. this works for me as an admin but not for them . see screenshot :
and as per this screenshot you can see they have access t payment links etc .. :
why does it not work ?

I wanted to ask some clarifying questions regarding the greyed-out Stripe option:
Can you please confirm that you installed the HubSpot Quote Integration?
Could you also have the user hover over the greyed-out “Stripe” option to see if a message appears above it?

yes the integration has been installed of course, and as I said it works flawlessly on my ( admin ) account .
however it says you need a paid sales hub seat when hovering over it , but the user is a sales hub user ?!?!
even in the starter I think we have two sales seats ?!
strangely it says , I only have sales starter and the user who cant create quotes has got sales ??!?

its working .. wasnt aware they didnt have a paid seat .
another question , what about task queues . other users cant see my task queues and I cant see theirs , is that really only a pro feature ?

I wanted to share this knowledge base article regarding Task Queues. It mentions that “you can only add other users with a Sales Hub or ServiceHub Professional or Enterprise seat to a task queue.” Hope that helps clarify how task queues and paid seats work!
