I changed one users access, now I want to change it back to super admin, I am unable to as the hover is greyed out and states that I’m not authroised when I am. Can someone assist please?

Which permissions does the user have you’re currently logged in with? If you want to make someone super admin, you need to have super admin permissions yourself.

The hello@ email at the bottom used to have super admin access, I
accidently turned this off and now I am unable to change the access because
of this.

I have super admin permission.
But the login to this hubspot does not have super admin permissions and I
am unable to change it so it can have access.
Let me know if that makes sense
@TArnold9 I’m not following - in your screenshot, there are two users. One with super admin permissions. You would have to log in as the user who has super admin permissions to make the other user also a super admin.

yes so in the screenshot, the email with super admin I am unable to login with.
@TArnold9 could you specify what you mean by “unable to login”? If you have access to the email inbox associated with that user, can you reset the password?
The login to hubspot is with another email, not the one with super admin. I will try what you suggessted and change password to see if that works and get back to you.
