I didnt set our Hubspot up but I cant believe everybody can see everybody elses accounts.
We have a Director, Sales Management, Account Manager and Telesales users.
Director wants to see everything, Sales Manager probably the same.
Account Manager needs to see only his own accounts and nobody elses
Telesales wants to see everything thats not assigned to an account manager
I cant believe this isnt possible

That is possible - is there an issue you’re running into when trying to set this up? HubSpot user permissions guide
(see the “CRM objects” section)
- Director: View + edit → All
- Account Manager: View + edit → Owned only
- Telesales: View + edit → Owned only (with “Unassigned” checked)
When you edit user permissions, you can set this for contacts and companies.
