Currently there isn’t a way to update or edit tasks through import. As task management from an admin perspective gets more difficult as an organiztion grows it would be hugely beneficial to have this ability.
I’m dealing with a situation where a user has let hundreds of tasks build up that now need to be quickly cleared out. The issue is that we only want to affect tasks that that are associated with certaion company properties. I can build a report that pulls in just that subset of tasks but there’s no way to then use that as a basis for updating the tasks. Since the tasks in question share identifying imformation with tasks that aren’t targeted there’s no efficient way to identify these 200 tasks without going through one by one.
