I would like to see the following features added to workflows:
- Update Property Option for Activity Records
for example… a call or meeting type is unknown. If the contact type is x and the call outcome is z, then call type = abc
- Update Conversation Status for Conversation Workflows
for example… a conversation was assigned to a bot. If last message received was over 1 day ago and the conversation was never reassigned to a rep, then close the conversation.
