So our BDR has her hands in multiple sequences at one time. She tries to plan her weeks according to her workload for the month, but sequences hitting new steps (and therefore tasking her X number of task) can really throw a wrench in her planning.
My idea is to have HubSpot make those tasks visible to her as “upcoming” during the delay (or as “sequence task upcoming” to differentiate from other upcoming tasks that she can presently complete) so that she can properly plan ahead.
If not that, then a sequence task calendar based on which contacts have completed previous steps would fulfill that as well. Just a way to have a proper idea to see what’s coming up from the sequence side and not be blindsided at 8 am with the task overview.
