How to create unsubscribe link for one-to-one sales emails when sending emails from Google Workspace Gmail UI?

Hi @alexva,

Are you referring to an email created in Gmail where the HubSpot Sales extension is installed? I’m not aware of a way to include an unsubscribe link that way. You would have to compose this email from the CRM record in HubSpot.

That’s right - our SDRs are using gmail’s UI to send emails, inserting templates using the Hubspot gmail extension. Is it possible to include an unsubscribe link in template? Could it be done in another way?

I’m not aware of any workarounds. The type of link required here (subscription links) can’t be added to templates, unfortunately.
